Immediately as we entered Buy Floors Direct, we were greeted by the friendly and sincere Daryl! He helped us pick out our grout and tile for a bathroom remodel and get it ordered. It’s not easy to walk into a big warehouse like that, but Daryl made it enjoyable!

Have had a great experience working with Mike and Daryl. Simply put, discount prices have not resulted in discount service. The scope of this job was a whole house refloor and 2 full bathroom remodels.

Everybody at the store was extremely helpful.Malik helped me do my order over the phone and then Darrell helped me load everything when I went to pick it up.
Will definitely recommend the store to anyone looking for flooring. The selection is great and I like the product better than the big box stores.
