So disappointed with this company. They came out twice to measure for my new countertops. I bought a sink to fit (they told me all the needs) and on their second trip they told me it would not work. I bought a second sink. They came back out and said this one would work. Great news! The day before my install, I get confirmation and think everything is good to go. The morning they're supposed to arrive I find out they've lost my order completely and that now the second sink won't fit. They were not kind about this. They were unprofessional and they truly do not care about losing business. I would never do business with them again.

I was looking for specialty pieces to help with my middle school vocational class project. I went to the sales office and they directed me over to the other site to speak to Hairo. He was so easy to work with and immediately offered to do more than I requested. I appreciated the offer and the work involved to make it look the best ("anything for the kids" was his exact quote). This business is very accommodating and appreciated! Thank you!!!

Company employees used an inferior, unstable piece of marble to use as bathroom vanity top for my expensive kohler designer sink. The marble top and backsplash had numerous cracks present which affected integrity of surface. Because sink was already caulked and mounted to marble top this would risk sink to be cracked or damaged if removed. I wanted a partial refund of the 395.00 I paid them. They declined this option and refused to negotiate and would not return my calls.i do not recommend doing business with them based on my personal experience.
