Went with my brother last week for the intro spa pass. So much fun. Expect to be shown some very interesting alternative therapy for any ailment. I loved the steam egg! We left feeling invigorated and cleansed from inside my core to the tips of my pores. Our guide was super sweet and took great care of us the entire time. We were there about 2 hrs total.Wish they had this in Santa Cruz!

The best services and staff!I began going to bluestem when In Harmony moved into their new location that joined Bluestem Wellness. I have been getting colonics for the past year, and during this time, I was introduced to Bluestems services. The Ozone Sauna (HoCatt) is one of my favorite forms of self-care! It is a treat when I do the ozone sauna, and I feel refreshed afterward. There are many different settings for the sauna based on any conditions or symptoms you're having. I highly recommend the nerve setting if you have any nerve or peristalsis issues. Overall, I want to say and emphasize that the staff at bluestem is fantastic! Bluestem is an amazing company that really cares about your wellness. They have top notch equipment that really makes a difference you can feel just after one visit. I highly recommend visiting Bluestem!
