I absolutely love this place. Lance is tough but fair. If you follow the program it works. I am so much stronger and more confident. Everyone is so uplifting and supportive. If you want get healthy this is the place to be
The owners and trainers are outstanding. They train average kids and adults, athletes, and people with special needs. They take great care to ensure that their programming will work for each client and their own needs.
I would recommend this gym to anyone looking to get fit, lose weight, gain muscle mass, stay healthy, or excel in a competitive sport.
