First Timer!!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. i went in for a walk in and Danelle Nelms saw me right away!! The staff, especially Cathy, made sure i was informed on every level of how they ran things. Both of them, and i’m sure the rest of the staff, just genuine, super kind, people who care about getting you your vision. apart from the staff- super cool place, very well decorated and 10/10 recommend black 13. will be coming back for more!!!

Extremely professional staff. I was welcomed warmly after I made it up the stairs into the vibe of an absolutely beautiful, moody tattoo parlor. This is the space you want to be in for any ink experience. Ultra cool, ultra clean, and all-around perfection. The waitlist is about a month, and I'm sure it's worth it.
