Keely was beyond fantastic! I came in for a 2 hour cranio-sacral/lymphatic massage and told her what I was thinking/needing and to do what she felt best for my healing. Holy moly, she adjusted the massage to suit my bodies needs and I was a wreck after but the next day I felt so much more clear and alive. If I could afford it I'd go once a week and let Keely fix my back because I really think she could lol. Keely is absolutely phenomenal.
Wow! This place is awesome!!So, I occasionally deal with gout, and my wife, who is generally all about massages (and I am not), had recently been coming to Back In Touch for their Lymphatic massages to accelerate fluid expulsion and general healing after a recent surgery. She read somewhere that a Lymphatic massage might help to loosen the inflammation and improve some of my gout symptoms. As a result, I unenthusiastically scheduled an appointment with Leigh Ashford (as per my wife's recommendation) to see what would happen. What an amazing experience!! I had one of the best massages ever at Back in Touch. I received the Swedish massage. The pressure was the perfect amount, the environment was calming and my massage therapist (can't remember her name) was quiet and let me be alone with my thoughts. When she finished my upper body, she then placed a warm towel on my back and neck before working on my lower extremities. I was so impressed with my massage, and I left feeling way better than I arrived. I will definitely be returning ASAP. The price was also one of the best I've noticed around town.
