I have worked with B&E Irrigation for a number of years. Mostly seasonal activation / deactivation and backflow valve certification. When they DO show up and do the job, it is done well and at a reasonable price. The service however is unreliable and inconsistent. They may / may not show up to do the work on the date promised, and getting a hold of someone to speak to in person if there is an issue, is virtually impossible. You may leave messages, or send emails and then wait,.........and wait.... This past May, the backflow valve was supposed to be certified at the same time as the activation. Payment was made. I have been using. B&E Irrigation for a number of years. There has always been something that wasn’t accomplished at the time of my appointment. Trying to get this company to respond email or phone is impossible. They simply do not return any correspondence. My latest issue is last fall I asked the tech winterizing my system if they would repair a couple leaky sprinklers. The person convinced me to wait until spring. Spring startup just happened but no repair to the sprinklers in question, consequently, water is leaking across my parking area. I have made numerous phone calls and sent at least four (4) email regarding this issue. Still there is no response or acknowledgment...read full review
