B and P continues to be the BEST company I have worked with while being in the restaurant business. I had recently purchased a flaked Ice machine that was installed and it turned out that this particular ice was not compatible with our Ice dispenser. The owners of BnP immediately recommended the correct unit and on their dollar, they came and removed the unit, installed the new one and did it all within a day. I can not say enough good things about these guys.

I have been using B&P Ice machines for quite some time in a few different business locations. One location in particular is about a 2 hour drive from there home office, and they have always responded in a timely manner. I have found through the years that they are a very reliable and reputable company to deal with. Anytime that there is a problem, they are eager to resolve the issue. They also offer excellent advice when trying to choose the right machine for your business. Also being locally owned and operated has helped them stay rooted and successful in the areas surrounding Nashville. I would highly recommend B&P to anyone that is need of quality service and experience.
