Dr Herd, her staff, and practice have been amazing to myself, my family, and the animals I am lucky enough to call my family members over the years. Dr Herd is kind, compassionate, intelligent, and amazing at her job. Her staff are amazing and compassionate as well and really care about people and animals. From the bottom of my heart I want to thank the entire staff at Animal House for the excellent service and care they provided for me and my dog Tarzan throughout his entire life. Tarzan was diagnosed with lymphoma which is a deadly cancer giving my dog very little time to live after being diagnosed, Dr Herd provided an affordable chemotherapy medication that gave me many months past the average life expectancy that I got to cherish with my pup. Unfortunately, my Dog passed about two months ago from the cancer and while I’m out cleaning out my mailbox I see a heartfelt letter from the entire staff wishing their condolences..whenever or if I’m ever ready to get another... read full review

I am really appreciative that this place exists, and that they take walk-in appointments! We had to wait a few hours, but it was so worth it to get my cat seen same-day without having to pay emergency vet prices!
