John of All Paws Wildlife responded to my request and quickly. removed a groundhog that had burrowed under my deck and driveway. He set a trap, caught the groundhog and took it away the next day. Did a great job covering up the entrance and explained in detail all my question. I will definitely use them again, well worth the money. Thank you for the excellent service. This was my second time to use All Paws Wildlife. The first time was a few years ago — they removed and relocated a number of rat snakes, and that went without a hitch. This time I called about a skunk that had made repeated visits to our shed. Michael showed up at the appointed time and was VERY helpful. He was friendly and informative, explaining the problems we did have, and how to address them. He also explained the issues we did *not* have, or need to be concerned with. Michael didn’t try to up-sell me on services I didn’t need, and he got the problem addressed quickly and efficiently. That’s an honest way of doing business!
