Airport Animal Clinic is a full-service veterinarian clinic that treats exotic animals, dogs, and cats. Known for their wonderful care and fair, affordable pricing, the clinic also has an emotional support dog that comforts both pets and their owners. The knowledgeable owner is dedicated to animal care, although communication can be challenging due to limited hours and occasional voicemail issues. They are open only half a day from Monday to Thursday. Clients appreciate the kindness and thoughtfulness of the staff, as well as the thorough explanations regarding treatment plans. Many recommend the clinic for its compassionate service and the presence of clinic pets.
The vet was fantastic. My daughter's pet rat had a large tumor. The vet took his time, answered our questions, and provided us with the information we needed in the moment. This vet was also affordable.
I have been a devoted pet parent and have always had exceptional service at Airport Animal Clinic. Family issues resulted in my not being able to come in the morning. I tried several different veterinary clinics and was not as pleased as I have always been at Airport Animal Clinic.
My issues have been resolved and I am back at Airport Animal Clinic. I have been a client since 2005.
I highly recommend this clinic.
I will say the owner is very knowledgeable and does it because he cares. However, I've left 4 or 5 voicemails with absolutely no response. They are only open a half a day Monday -Thursday. In his defense I am not sure why I've not received a call back because when I originally made the appointment they answered the phone every time I called.
