I would like to say that Amy at Aire Serve was amazing. Our thermostat broke down two weeks ago. Our landlord hired this company to service the problem. There was a restructuring in the company which caused a bit of a delay and confusion. Amy took the time to hear the problems and I feel took a personalized approach to go above and beyond to expedite parts and labor to get the unit fixed. There are many times that as a customer we are told that a company will get back with you, you then wait by the phone all day to just not ever hear a word, having to then start the same process the next day.
