I submitted a service request at 10:30pm on a Thursday and received a call back in 10 minutes. Richard was so polite and kind on the phone. He got me in touch with the Nashville office. The girl at the Nashville office (I'm so sorry I forgot your name, but you were also wonderful and informative and compassionate) called me about 10 minutes after I got off the phone with Richard. Aftermath Services LLC is the only company I will consider calling for biohazard cleanup! After dealing with a difficult situation, we reached out to Aftermath, and in no time, Sterling, Aurelia, and Brittany showed up. The first thing I noticed after speaking to Sterling was his high level of professionalism. He explained in great detail every step of the process, then got to work immediately. The crew went above and beyond removing, cleaning, and sanitizing everything that was visibly affected, and could have been affected.
