I just inspected a radon mitigation system installed by this company per their installation sticker on the PVC pipe. First problem is the PVC pipe was not glued at all. The pipe fell apart from the 90° elbow during the inspection. Literally no glue nor attempt to seal the system. The hole in the foundation that is meant to collect radon gas did not go below the concrete. This mitigation system was purely cosmetic with no function whatsoever

We used Advanced Air to install a radon mitigation system approximately 15 years ago. I'm not sure why I didn't write a glowing review then, but guessing online reviews were not a thing that long ago. :) Anyway, you will not regret giving Greg, at Advanced Air, a call. He did a fantastic job! The system is very quiet and unobtrusive. We did some remodeling recently and felt like it might be a good idea to retest for radon. Jokers. Don't waste your time. I setup an appointment a week in advance. The day of the appt I called him to see where he was since he was 15 minutes late, but there was no answer on his phone and voicemail is full (must get a lot of these calls I thought in back of my head). I received a text from another number a few minutes later saying can't talk but assured me on the way. I text back asking what time, but no reply of course despite receiving a read receipt. Hour and a half later I text the number again and asked if they were still coming and he makes up a new excuse that a family Member is in the hospital and now won't be coming. Incredible what people do that still remain in business.
