It genuinely hurts to even rate Selena 1 star. I came here based off of her instagram account and I truly wish I would have looked more into her before booking. This is hands down the most entitled, incompetent nail tech I have ever came in contact with. I am never confrontational nor do I ever usually speak up for myself but I am leaving this review to beware other future customers because frankly, this nail tech shouldn’t have any clients. She smacks your hand and tells you to relax? Which makes perfect sense as to seeing previous customers leaving reviews on her being borderline abusive. I've been coming to Selena for almost 2 years and I have to say I've been very disappointed by her attitude and demeanor during my last few visits. I believe in giving grace, and giving chances.. She has always done great with my nails, so I've tried to over look it, but today was the LAST straw.While she was doing my nails, she threw my arm, and was twisting my fingers to the point that i had to lift up out of my chair. My pedicure was painful, she dug in the side of my nails so hard, i thought she was going to take my toe nail off; it still hurts now and I've left the salon. I've been reading all the comments people left, and I'm sad to say they are accurate as I've experienced it or witnessed it. I will not be retuning to this salon.

My experience with Selena was awful. She was rude and condescending, I am puzzled as to how she receives any good reviews seeing that majority of her reviews are bad and they are similar experiences. Perhaps she chooses whom she doesn't like and whom she does. However, this type of consumer treatment is unacceptable and I will go through great measures to ensure no one is treated as I was.
