All of the staff here is so friendly, from front desk to the vet techs & veterinarians. My husband took our new pup here and had a lot of questions. I appreciated the time they took to answer his questions and guide us in the right direction for training. They also gave him a cute puppy bag with educational printouts and treats. Rollo especially loved the bone they gave him.
We’ve been taking our pets there for years. They treat them like rock stars. All the Vets know us and treat us very well, all the Techs are awesome and dote on our dogs and also treat us great too.
UPDATE: Gracie’s Addisons disease progressed as often happens it seems (we had been watching and testing for this possibility). She went from atypical to typical Addisons. She was having subtle symptoms, but thank God, Nicole encouraged us to come in immediately. They saved her life. We are so grateful to Nicole, Dr. Castillo, and the entire staff for going out of their way to acquire the medication she needed before sending us home. It seemed like the entire staff was involved In our acute situation. They also all pitched in to try to help us figure out how to optimize treatment of her ongoing megaesophagus before we left.
