Recognizing the significance of planning is crucial in managing a business. However, if your company allows for rescheduling in the event of a client's cancellation, it is necessary to honor that policy. With the consent and confirmation of an earlier visit, I arranged my appointment accordingly. To my disappointment, I was informed upon arrival that this arrangement was made in error. They said how much I would pay 5 months ago, I pay in full at the time of service. 2 months later they say my insurance didn't cover as much as they thought. I pay them again. Now 5 months later I received another bill this time not itemized and they won't say what I am to paying for
