all these reviews getting mad at the trash service for not taking there bag WHEN THERE ARE IN THE WRONG. i’ve received a note on my door for not tying my bag and i wasn’t mad because THATS THE RULES. but other then that they have been a great service.
I work at one of the communities they service in Franklin, and they are so great! Darren is the owner and it’s been a breeze having them service our community. If there is ever an issue you take it straight to him, and he gets it handled right away. Their guidelines are so easy to follow so ignore all the reviews about them not picking up. If they don’t pick up it’s because you have a violation. The list of violations are sent out from every property office, and they give you courtesy warnings! I love Darren and his team. We use this company for the property I work for in Murfreesboro. I will say they do their job and they do it right. When you're given instructions (doesn't take a rocket scientist) you need to follow them. Thank you Silver Linings LLC!
