Seems like time and technology has passed this small company by. I tried to have a picture restored and the lady at the front desk assured me they could do it and had all the tools to do so. But, what I soon found out was all they had is a photoshop tool they used to “enhance the pictures”. I ended up settling for some halfway decent work because I had prepaid upfront. After settling on a print it took weeks and numerous emails before I could verify that my order was complete. The people that run this store seem, so that counts for something. Our 1960's family portrait was severely faded and we didn't expect that there was much that could be done with this treasure. We were so thrilled with the results of Mr. Shacklett's work. The colors were back, the facial expressions were perfect. It only took a week to get the proof and another week to get back the finished 11x14.

Shacklett’s did a wonderful job on my photographs! They are very friendly and make you feel at home! I would definitely recommend Shacklett’s and I will be using them again in the future.
