Went to turn on my AC for the first time this season and sadly the fan on the outside unit was not turning. I pulled Murfreesboro Heating and Cooling off the list of at least 50 near me read the reviews and seen the company has been in the area many years and had a good reputation. What was not listed was how great the customer service was. Ali on the initial call was amazing I called at 8am and someone was here by 11am my unit was running by 1:30pm that same day. The two service techs Dave and Jacob were professional, informative, and answered every question I had. I could tell really love the work they do. Those guys are really good, friendly and on time - very professional and they were able to solve the issue within an hour. I will use them for any further issue that I may come across but I would recommend this company for any person who needs to fix HVAC unit quick and convenient.Service: Repair HVAC
Rocky is absolutely fantastic! Came out to look at our unit and educated us on everything. He is without a doubt our go-to guy for anything heating and cooling related. Can’t recommend him enough!
