Update: Dr. Jackson is still my Dentist after 6 years. In fact, my 2 year old just visited for the first time and it was the most pleasant and caring experience! Wonderful! It can be scary to go to the dentist, but the whole team super nice and helpful. They explained what they were going to do before they did anything. This made my experience relaxing and delightful. Highly recommend!
I wanted to share my experience. I’ve always had the worst anxiety about the dentist. I made an appointment for a thorough cleaning and Kaylee was my hygienist. Can’t say about great things about her. She’s very caring, supportive and has a love for her job that I hope doesn’t get overlooked by her peers or her boss. She made both visits for me very relaxing and made me feel very comfortable that I was going to get taken care of. She over exceeded my expectations and I’m very grateful for the job she did. I had the BEST experience the other day at my dental appointment. Honestly I hadn’t been in a while due to not having insurance and I had some problems! But wow Dr Elizabeth and my dental hygienist I believe her name was either Caroline or Kaylee I have a hard time with names but she had a sweet voice and beautiful blonde hair- she was super nice and no dental experience I’ve ever had was like this one. They actually spoke to me about my teeth to help me understand. Thank you Murfreesboro family dentistry!
