Very friendly and professional! They explain the process in depth so you know what you’re getting into and what is happening. I’ve only been once and am already seeing results. I have a friend that has “graduated” and the results are phenomenal. Price is steep, but worth it for life-long services and touch ups.

Let me just say, this is the best decision I have ever made, I wish I would have done it sooner, so if you’re thinking about it, stop and just do it! I have had chin, neck, mustache and cheek hair since I can remember some of it inherited and some from PCOS, and let me tell you, after ONE visit it’s almost all gone, I feel so much better about myself and my confidence has been lifted up! The staff is amazing! Tonya and Tori were so nice and helpful! And the new cool air blaster thing (couldn’t remember what it was called)made it almost painless! BEST DECISION EVER!

I simply love this place! Let me say that the staff are the most sweetest ladies in the world. I knew I made the right decision after my consultation, I am now on my 2nd treatment and I didn’t feel a thing especially after having the “air chiller” used while getting laser. I’ve already noticed a difference in the treated area. Thank you from everything! I’ll always recommend Milan to anyone ?
