We are first time home buyers and we worked with Justin Holst. He was excellent! He gave us great guidance through the whole process, and made sure we got everything we needed. He sent us regular reminders for things and was super timely when we needed help. We couldn't be happier how things turned out. I highly recommend him, especially for first time home buyers.
We used Mike & Layla Garcia as our agents. They were INCREDIBLE! NO-ONE could have done a better job for us! They went above & BEYOND! They drove all over Rutherford county to find us our home, spent over 3 months during that crazy market in 2022. Put multiple offers on several homes, In and out of escrows and never gave up!! They have a beautiful family and we now consider them great friends. YOU WILL LOVE THEIR DEDICATION TO YOU AND YOUR FAMILIES NEEDS FOR REAL ESTATE!!
