I was in to see Valerie today. Just about 30 minutes. Tonight my body is not hurting as much after months and months of battling post MVA injuries and ailments. I have been so cautious ⚠️ on so so much and I was at a breaking point of what my body needed. She was so attentive and educational and I pray I am on an uphill road for much more recovery! I will be back!
Valerie is the best massage therapist in the greater Nashville area. She can find and fix your issues. She has taken me from severe health problems to great health, circulation, flexibility, and energy. Highly recommend her.
Valerie is the best! She is great at finding those problem areas and fixing them. I really like that she uses different techniques to promote healing based on what YOU as the client need, because everyone is different. I walk away from each session at Healing Grace feeling better and it has become an important part of my lifestyle.
