I was in to see Valerie today. Just about 30 minutes. Tonight my body is not hurting as much after months and months of battling post MVA injuries and ailments. I have been so cautious ⚠️ on so so much and I was at a breaking point of what my body needed. She was so attentive and educational and I pray I am on an uphill road for much more recovery! I will be back!

I cannot say enough about how amazing Valerie is. Being a newbie to massage I had no idea what I needed and Valerie walked me through everything. I never felt uncomfortable. Highly recommend. I've already booked my next appointment and referred several friends.

I’ve had massages in the past. This massage however, surpassed all the other professional massages I’ve had. My masseuse found every problem spot I had... even the ones I didn’t know I had! She used the cupping technique, which was brand new to me. She took the time to concentrate on each area and work them out. They were also quick to reschedule us when we had to cancel our first appointment. I won’t go anyplace but here now!
