I have been seeing Dr. Lakes professionally for several years after not having a PCP as an adult. I have known Dr. Lakes personally for a very long time. It was her encouragement to take care of myself and do my wellness visits (which I should already have been doing) that was the catalyst for me to begin being intentional about my health. We have done blood work, scheduled specialist appointments, and follow-up appointments. I have also seen Christian one of the PAs who is fabulous as well. Everyone in the office is professional and kind. This is a straight talking, honest, and transparent environment. The providers care about the health and well-being of their clients. I can only speak to my experience which has been wonderful. I love Dr. Lakes and all of the staff at Genesys. Thank you, Heidi, for continuing to encourage me to better health! ❤️
