    Generally I work with the Quick Lane right by it which is wonderful. I took my car to the actual ford service to have a recall addressed, an oil change, and to look at a warning that kept popping up every time I drive the car. Dropped it off for my 7:30 am appt, didn’t hear from them all day. I had to call 20 minutes before they closed to be told they couldn’t get to it all today but they would call and update me the next morning when a tech would have the opportunity to look at the dash light.     Johnathan and Ryan do not treat their customers with respect; they expect everyone to know exactly what is wrong with their car when they come in. The salespeople are excellent, but I will get my car serviced elsewhere.

    Had my car worked on here after a no-fault accident. Repairs were done here & paid for by insurance, however, after a few years I am having issues with those parts that were replaced. I recommend getting your repairs done anywhere else.
