The tech who came to my home to check my unit was very nice. He shared his findings with me and let me know what my options were. I chose to get a new unit. They replaced the fan motor on my unit. They had brought the right motor with them, and finished in less than an hour. Both men were very professional and courteous. Great visit. Very impressed.
