Dowell Roofing’s field tech, Vince, really helped us out and did a top-notch job for us. He went above and beyond our expectations repairing our roof leak, squirrel proofing our eaves, and removing our old gutter guards. We had a leak that had stumped simply everybody. We called Dowell Roofing. Joseph, the owner, was great and assured me they would get it taken care of. Vince, the tech who did the work, was friendly, courteous, and clearly gave me the idea that he sincerely wanted to fix my problem. He was available, always quick to respond, and without question went the extra mile. He got the leak fixed, and I am a satisfied customer.

Mr. Dowell provided an inspection after a small section of our shingles were damaged. Kind, trustworthy and timely service on his part. We will call him back when it’s time for our roof to be replaced.
