Extremely disappointed and embarrassed. Went yesterday for eyebrow threading and before I sat down, I very specifically and slowly told her I wanted around my brows cleaned up not my brows touched! Because I take pride in my thick brows and love them thick, I left out with thin brows, so thin you can see the white under my brows from where my hair was. Most importantly, I got my face waxed and left with 2nd degree burns. DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give zero stars, I would! Got my eyebrows done and she cut me on both brows, it was bleeding pretty bad when I left. It still hurts to move my face because of the cuts! It hurts even more when I take a shower! It was hard to sleep last night! Not only that, but she completely messed up my brows. They were nice and fluffy and she made them so thin. I look terrible. If I manager is reading this please give me a refund. A refund for my tip as well. Injury when getting your brows done is not normal!!!

This was my first time visiting Brow Art. I googled them online and needed someone open on a Sunday. I met Angel who was very pleasant and informative. She answered all of my questions and concerns regarding full face threading. After speaking with Angel I decided to try full face waxing for the first time. I've always had threading and never waxed any area of my body. Angel was gentle and took her time. She was pleasant with each client that entered being professional and quick!
