Benchmark serves as plumbing contractors for local Middle Tennessee home builders including Celebration Homes & Regent Homes. We needed a one year maintenance/warranty repair completed in our home for a leaky shower head in the master bath. Customer service was very good and scheduled plumbers for a house call in a timely manner. On-site plumbers were courteous and attentive and completed the work order successfully.

I do construction myself and benchmark does majority of the plumbing for all our customers we do roofing for. When building my house, I decided to use them. I did not have any problems. They were quick, reliable, and zero issues. Everything was completed within budget and within the original estimate they gave me. I highly recommend and will be using them again when I build my parents house

I build homes in an all around Nashville. We use a few different plumbing companies.Benchmark is by far the best I've worked with. This is over a 15 year period. I tried another company, Its been bad. Benchmark just does it best. Do they have a leak now and then. Yes. Do they fix and stand behind their work. YES THEY DO! Benchmark is a great company.
