I was pleased with the level of service. The nursing staff was excellent. My family will use in the future. I went today and was surprised that the physician provided care to her family or friends and verbally told the front desk clerk not to charge the young lady. Myself and another patient in lobby was disturbed by this situation. We have health care and we pay accordingly. If a physician wants to provide free healthcare to a family or friend they should go to that person home. Compared to doing it in front of others at a business. Other than that I appreciate the nurses and front desk staff they are great.Thanks,Statia
I got in and out quickly, the staff was super sweet, Yvonne especially made a great first impression. Leah was the provider on staff that day and helped get me the care I needed. I felt heard and understood. Would definitely recommend them to a friend!
Very pleased with the services provided from a great staff of qualified professionals at the Ascension Saint Thomas Staff walk in clinic (West) in Murfreesboro. The facility had radiology equipment to assist in diagnosis.
