From start to finish Timberland was terrific. They assisted with working with my insurance company from the recent hail storm, were responsive to every one of my questions, gave superior customer service, were friendly, made me feel like I was their only customer (when I know I wasn't), and had great follow through. As a matter of fact, my neighbor has chosen to use them because of their timely, efficient, cost effective, excellent service and product. Mike from Timberland roofing did a great job replacing our roof. Everything was done is such a timely manner and he saw to it that any problems we had was take care of. In the process, we found that one interior room had paint fall off during the roof repair. He not only helped us get it all fixed and repainted with a very nice painter, but also helped us with all the insurance paperwork. Thanks so much!

I am the president of the HOA referenced in the negative review below. I can say categorically that this person's opinion is not shared by any other members of the HOA. We are 100% pleased with the work performed by Timberland Roofing. All of their representatives went out of their way to accommodate all members of our HOA, including the belligerent one mentioned below. They performed their job with utmost professionalism and skill. Our HOA highly recommends them (as we have to neighboring HOAs) and would most certainly hire them again.
