I would like to report issues with the face cradle equipment. My therapist had to go hunt down a replacement that was some better not great, but again, not the therapist fault. ME should maintain their equipment. Also while lying face up, I got to look at water stains on the ceiling tiles, the carpet in every room has taken on a species of it’s on, yuck, furniture in the serenity room is old, shabby, stained, worn. Why can’t we the clients have clean ceilings, new carpeting & furniture that doesn’t look like it came from a local charity? ME franchise owner or corporate, Mt. Juliet is a nice community who expects better than the present condition of your facility. Again, my therapist was one of the best & could not control the ME broken headrest equipment. I would encourage owners/corporate to take notice of your shabby looking facility.“
