The front desk is worse than useless because they actually work against you. The woman literally "forgot" to check me in and I waited OVER an hour. I like my Dr but she isn't worth this office staff

They refused me to see the doctor at 7:30 am . And I was at the front desk six months before the appointment to make sure everything was okay with my insurance card and my wife was with meWe both see the same doctor they told us my insurance is good and my wife's insurance is no good she needs to change the name. So when I show up this morning they say you have the same issue the name need to be changed. It looks like the 4 women's behind the desk needs training I will never go to this location ever. Waist of time the doctor is nice because I have seen him before but front desk people trash really they very bad

These office staff is functionally retarded. God forbid you need a referral or someone to get medication approvals, dont bother going there, make funeral arrangements instead, because you'll be long dead before those simpletons could get anything down. I literally wrote them step by step instructions and they still couldnt get it right. It been 4 months now and the so called expert who took over after 3 months, sat on her ass for 3 weeks then told me she was sending it off to the drooling idiots who couldnt get it done for 3 months. I dont want to feed into the stereo type of the IQ level of the south, but got damn if they arent doing their best to surpass expectations. Its as if they choose the person with the least IQ score out of all applicants.
