I love shopping at Pet Supplies Plus, but the Mt. Juliet store is my FAVORITE! The staff is so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Thank you all for being amazing 100% of the time :)

Workers are so kind and helpful. Will definitely have to be my main pet store. We came in with 2 sick kittens to get them bathed but we didn’t have to money for it. One of the workers started talking to us and found out what was going on and then offered to take them in the back and clean them up just to help us out.

Associate calls when my dog’s food comes in ( Dr Marty’s Sensitivity Select). Not pushy , just friendly reminders. They have coupons that I use most times & staff is very knowledgeable & accommodating.
