We are so happy with our new home in Mt Juliet. We have Melissa to thank. I had contacted other realtors with a list of features my husband and I wanted in a home. I received every listing on the market and had the chore of weeding through them on my own. This was doubly problematic for us since we were out of state and not too familiar with the area.Luckily I came across a listing of Melissa’s; we contacted her and she sent us a carefully curated list honoring our wants. Melissa was by far the best agent that we've ever had. I've bought and sold several houses throughout the years, and she was hands down the best. She went so far above and beyond. She was there moving furniture around to get us the best look. She was able to sell some our unwanted items that we didn't want to move. Good luck finding an another agent that is will to go that far for their clients.
Melissa is the most organized professional who caters to any and every detail you could possibly think of abs then some. I have nothing but praises for this fantastic lady! She is 100% on top!!!
