She showed my daughter what she was doing so she could have an opinion and checked on her to make sure the water wasn't too hot, if she was okay, etc. Charlye did the most amazing braids! She did perfect tight french braids for my daughter. She would always check on her to see if she wasn’t tugging on her hair. Jane was mentioned all over the reviews so I decided to go and see if she was there and able to do my cut. SHE WAS! Jane was phenomenal. Super personable and confident with her shears. She verified length with me before cutting and when she was done (fairly quickly btw) my hair was gorgeous and healthy again! She preserved a lot of length, which I did not expect, further proving her talent and experience! 10/10 recommended! I will certainly be back!
