I had a heating emergency come up and was desperate for help right before Christmas. I called around 5pm on a Friday looking for someone to do an emergency call, as it had reached 52 degrees inside my house. Around 6:30, Brandon arrived and had my heat back on in no time! He even adjusted the settings on my Ecobee thermostat. He was professional, quick and friendly. He explained to me what was going on throughout every step. I appreciate his dedication to helping me in a time of need in bitterly cold weather, and I will be using York for my heating and air needs from now on!Services: Heating system repair

I cannot find enough words to express my satisfaction and happiness with Mike Brewer and his company. I contacted him about replacing our system. I knew his company had done work at our church, so I knew the quality to expect. Mike asked a few questions over the phone before coming out and presenting his quotes. He could have just told me over the phone, by text, or email, but he went the extra mile to come visit, verify any details I did not have, and sat down with me to discuss the numbers. He was honest and professional. And the best thing that was far better than any other company I dealt with... he didn't talk down to me like I was d*** nor did he try to sell me anything I didn't want or need. He listened and when I asked about different options, he called his suppliers right there while sitting on the couch to make sure I had the most accurate and current numbers. Mike called me every step of the way to make sure I was always updated on the status of the installation. Win some unforeseen circumstances came up, Mike called me to make me aware of it. Also, knowing we had some very hot weather ahead of us, he sent someone to make sure our current system would be able to keep us cool until the replacement unit was installed. This is a testament of the quality of customer service you will get from this company.We had to have some sheetrock removed to replace the copper line set, and the installers took every possible step to reduce any mess or debris. They kept me updated every step of the install process. They did not leave until they walked me through everything they had done. They showed me the air scrubber and explained how it worked. They even made sure the condensation pump worked before leaving. Normally it wouldn't expel water until full, and with it just being started up, they knew it may take a while for it to have any water. So, they put a little water in the pump to make sure it worked. Most people would just leave it and hope the customer would call back if it didn't work. I feel this really shows the attention to detail Mike Brewer's people demonstrate. You could tell from their work they enjoyed and took pride in what they do.The customer service is top notch. The installers are professional, respectful, honest, and punctual. Mike Brewer is an honest, caring, and godly person who will not up sell or yank you around. I can't speak highly enough about Mike and York of Morristown. First, they are just good people to work with - friendly and knowledgeable. Second, they do great work with fair prices and have always been responsive and timely when we needed them.
