I've used Renner in the past and was happy with their service. My unit completely DIED this year, May 2024, and today, June 28th, they returned to install the new unit. I'm grateful for their professional service and their work! I highly recommend them!! They delivered the new and took away the old and cleaned all their mess up.
Our unit quit working and we called after hours. The technicians arrived within 30 minutes and had our unit working in under an hour. We have used them multiple times and have always been extremely pleased. Amazing customer service!
We had a small drain issue with our HVAC system and called Renner. We were very fortunate to have the one and only Mack (as in Big MACK trucks) come out. He was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and even answered all of my questions about the unit and trying to learn how and HVAC system works.
