William was very polite, respectful of our home & our time, knowledgeable and professional. He provided excellent and effective service. Very pleased with him and the overall process. Would definitely recommend.
They did amazing with getting the parts that were needed and responding to fix the issue quickly. Great team of people. They even sent the same tech out that diagnosed the issue as he already knew what was going on with our unit. No one else was coming to play a guessing game.
A very good friend recommended Eric to me. What a great choice. I had called three places when my older AC unit was not putting out cold air. Only two even returned my call, one of which was Brook, at McDonald Heating and Air, LLC.
