Never had a bad experience here per se. However my recent visit stood out because MaKayla was by far the BEST stylist ive had in 5 years. She was great with my kids 6&8 , made sure they got what they asked for while making sure I approved and she was so friendly. Will definitely come back specifically for her.

I have been wearing my hair really short and pretty much cutting it myself. Well recently, me and the clippers were not getting along to well and I has an issue that needed fixed. I was able to remotely sign in, drive to the salon, and waited only few min before the gals here had me fixed up . My only complaint is that on my second visit, the girl who took care of me did not seem to know what the first girl had done . I thought they were supposed to keep Clipper Notes? Regardless, I will still go back . How do I request a particular stylist or know if the is working? Or is that not an option?

I love the way our hairstylist Michaela works with our every need and helps us to decide what we want and help helps us with our hair products to match our needs. She always has a smile on her face when we come into the salon thank you, Michaela.
