My husband and I are big fans of Joseph's Remodeling Solutions. They did such an outstanding job solving some water drainage issues that we hired them to tackle our HVAC challenges. For years our heat pump with electric back up heat did such a poor job heating our stone house that we used our wood stove to supplement, schlepping wood all winter long. Last fall Sumpter Solutions teamed up with Roscoe Brown to install a Carrier 21 SEER dual fuel system with gas furnace along with a Mitsubishi Hyper Heat 23.3 SEER ductless system in the bedroom (formerly an icebox).
