We just finished a remodeling project with Joseph's Remodeling Solutions on our vacation home in Sewanee. We were very happy with the entire experience.
The project started at the beginning of August, and the crew was on site and working every day (weekends excluded) until the job was finished. We loved the daily updates and pictures that we received on the Buildertrend app that they use.
There was one miscommunication early in the project that could have been stressful, but Joseph addressed the issue personally and to our complete satisfaction.

My outside deck was trying to self-destruct. Joseph's was able to keep me from having to completely replace the deck. They were able to repair what I have with very competent, professional service. Their workers were very easy to live around. Saved my deck and probably saved me many dollars as I didn't have to have the entire deck rebuilt. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again!
