I always go during my lunchtime from work. The time frame that I go 95% of the time there is no one in there so no waiting for me. Very friendly and always greet me as I come in. Never hurry me to pick a color out. Have had a lady and a man do my nails and both great work. Never an issue when getting my nails done as I always to acrylic nails and they can last for up to 3 weeks most of the time depending on how I take care of them. The polish never chips or fades away.

I came in for a mani/pedi. The pedicure was great, the manicure was half a** at best. My cuticles were not trimmed, the nails were lopsided, I asked for a nail file and began fixing them myself, but the nail file was snatched out of my hand and she proceeded to do a half a** job of fixing them, they are still not right, I will either have to remove the polish and file my nails and attempt to cut my cuticles or go somewhere else. I will say that business did start to pick up, and the lady was moving extremely fast, I guess to get to the next client, I certainly hope that no one else got the same service as I did with the manicure. I doubt seriously that I will return unless I can be assured that my next manicure will be done properly by someone that is not in so much of a darn hurry

Let me just say I had the best experience! It was my first time getting a full set & pedicure at Jasmine Nail Salon, but it won't be my last! Moon, Sammy & Liea were so friendly and professional. My nails look phenomenal. Five stars all the way
