when our furnace wouldn't come on, I called and they were able to squeeze us in next day. Riley even showed up a couple hours earlier than expected and had it up and running very quickly. He gladly answered my millions of questions and was one of the kindest most courteous people I have ever encountered. I will recommend performance heating and cooling to anyone who ever needs help with their furnace or AC unit.
I reached out on a Thursday night, they were out first thing the next morning. They determined our 22 year old unit needed replaced (it was on its last leg when we bought the house). They had a seamless transition from their service tech to their salesman. Over the weekend, they provided me with portable AC units to keep cool, and were out first thing on Monday morning to get my unit replaced, a whole home air purifier installed, some ductwork replaced, and a whole home duct cleaning. 10/10 experience. As somebody who works in the home service industry, it is very rare to find a company that delivers service as high quality as Performance.

They text you to let you know they are on the way and I appreciate that. They explain everything they are doing and seeing. The crew is so nice and polite and they know what they are doing.
