Being new to the Memphis area a few years. I have to say this establishment is beyond awesome. From Millie, calling me back to schedule an appointment in a timely manner, Kennedy whom checked me in was kind and Kia who did my ultrasound was full of smiles and giggles and explained every stop of what she was doing. I even got my first pair ever of “throw away” shorts to wear during the ultrasound.
Dr. J. Major has a heart of gold, I was treated awesome beginning to end and she took the time to explain everything to me in detail where my other vascular surgeon prior to my insurance change, I was just a number.
Dr. Zeni is the best. His staff is always eager to help. If it's anything that you don't understand or not sure of they are there to help. On July 10th when I was in the office Eboni noticed I was struggling and she stepped in as said"let me take it from here" she noticed I was in some pain from other things that's going on and she just was on point... I am so very happy that I chose Zenith Vascular for my healthcare needs. Kiyanna was helpful as well. Being fresh out the box you are grasping very well keep it up. You are well on your way... Very impressive facility, courteous staff, great doctors, Dr. ZENI, is easy to talk too, can relate to the patients and generally cares about their health and well being. The staff from nursing, and radiology staff were the best, having worked in the hospital environment my- self, it was so refreshing to see people who were professional, enjoying patient care again, I'd recommend their services, a great over all experience, and the procedure I had was a great Thank you Dr. Zeni and incredible staff. You all make a great team.
