Staff is rude and not helpful.
Told me they don’t take my insurance because they wanted to talk with other Walmart staff. Showed them on my insurance that they are a provider and they wanted to argue with me. Long story short they are in network but I won’t be making an appt because of the customer service

I went to this location on Winchester rd this afternoon after making an appt this a m. Customer service was great on the phone and in person. The Dr and receptionist both are very nice, easy 2 talk 2! I called a few times last wk as I had concerns due to an injury. I believe in customer service and it was very superb by both ! Will definitely use again and will definitely recommend them ! ?? ??I also called 1 800 wal mart 2 compliment both !!

Dr. Kennedy has been my eye doctor for more than a decade. He is an attentive optometrist that cares about your eyes. He is focused on the individual patient and respects your appointment time. I appreciate that. I now bring my daughter to him as well for check ups - that's how much I trust him to correctly assess my family's vision needs.
