This place is the most disorganized medical organization I’ve ever visited. Efficiency was so poor that I finally left rather than getting the x-ray. I was supposed to receive. I waited more than two hours and was still waiting in a largely empty waiting room before deciding to go somewhere else for a simple X-ray.

I can’t wait until I find out who managing this place. 0/10! Tiffany Mays I’m coming for you. They have a 80 year old lady scheduling appts while the girls sit up front gossiping instead of taking on appointments. Of course y’all don’t have any appts available because these “techs” are talking among themselves. These people don’t care about the job only the money! I was waiting 20 mins in person just to make an appointment and when I asked “Ma’am can I just call and make an appointment, the wait is too long” Miss Mays became combative like I offended her saying they have multiple people waiting and I should be patient like everyone else. I'm trying to call to cancel an appointment and they won't even answer the phone been calling for two days, so I guess I'll be a NO Show. But when I was there last week the phone was just a ringing and they would answer. I'm just go to Methodist German Town. It's more better
