My air conditioner froze up this past Friday. I called Conway and they said it would be Tuesday before they could come out. Obviously that's unacceptable since it's been 100° for weeks here. So I found Tiger Paws on Google and they were out within an hour. My system was very low on freon. It wouldn't take a charge until it was fully thawed so they made sure to come out a few hours later while I was at work and took care of it and got it working. I couldn't have asked for better service. These guys are great.
Tiger Paws is THE BEST! We couldn't get someone from our warranty to come see our issue with the A/C for 3 weeks out! I called Mark in a frenzy with our air not working because we needed to sleep for a HUGE career-changing test we had coming up for my husband. Mark called me that day and they were there within 24 hours to see what was wrong and the AC just needed the filter changed and they did it right then and our air worked again!
